We have just released a new blog widget to allow you to display your geocoded flickr photos on yor blog. This one is much more simple, simply enter your flickr username and away you go!

We have now enabled RSS throughout the site. You will notice the RSS buttons on the homepage (all postings) and on people’s profiles (RSS lists of their items). The RSS follows the georss 2.0 specification. Enjoy!

We have just added a feature that allows you to embed any mapsack map inside you own website (such as your blog). This feature is free for use for non-commercial purposes.

Welcome to mapsack! We have been working hard to get the site ready for this limited alpha release. Currently we support Mozilla firefox (1.0+) and Internet Explorer (6.0+). We will support Safari and Opera in the future. If you find any bugs or have some comments or suggestions, please let us know in the forum.
